its been a long time since i wrote something here...

a lot of very interesting things happened in my life.... i dont wanna share the details but yea!!! But i think nothing change... i just have to let go some things tthen move on...

Dana, sorry!!! gusto ko lang talagang sabihin sayo to...

di man kita naiisip minsan... pero sa tuwing maririnig ko ang pangalan mo at makikita ko ang picture mo... parang may tama pa rin ako sayo... di sa gusto kong magkabalikan tayo.. kasi alam kong magugulo na naman ang mundo mo... gusto ko lang sana na malaman  mo yun.... lalo na nung nalaman ko yung tungkol kay ALex?!? medyo nacurious ako at gusto ko kaagad malaman ang lahat ng tungkol sa kanya.... ayoko ng maging sarcastic... totoo na to at wala ng plastikan...

ayoko na pong manggulo... sana wag mong mamasamain tong ginagawa ko...

alam ko na nagmove on ka na... siguro ako rin pero kahit papano e may pagtingin pa rin ako sayo... sorry talaga!!!

tapos na ang summer teen workshop ko ng culinary arts sa Art Institue of California.... uhuhuhuhu.. it was sad saying goodbyes to all of my friends there.. but atleast i got there email and screen name.. i still keep in touch on some of them like justin and sean...

i also miss cooking... i dont like sooiking in my house cause i dont have all the materials that i need... in art institute.. i have everything... i also love the food there... we have lots of awesome food back there.. i think if that workshop is for a month... i probably going to be huge.. cause of their food...

now that my workshop is over, i dont have anything else to do... i just stayed at home.. do some cleaning and laundry... then just sit around and watch TV and movies.. ITS SO BORING!!! i wanna do something else.. i cant hang out with my friends cause i dont have a ride to go anywhere... i wish i can drive or maybe someone can drive me anywhere i want... i hate staying at home and doing nothing....

if any of you guys know where i can find another workshop for culinary arts this summer.. PLEASE let me know... im desperate.. i dont want to spend my whole summer sitting around my house and doing nothing...

4th day of culinary arts....

i didnt blog yesterday cause i was so tired.... i went to bed at 11:30...

ill just tell you what i did yesterday.. if i can remember it...

ok... i went there as usual... then we were put into groups of two... one in baking and one in main dishes... i was assigned in baking which i really dont like that much... i prefer cutting and cooking stuff instead of mixing and baking stuff... not that i hate it but i prefer cooking.. so yea... we baked cookies, brownies, strawberry shortcake and all that stuff.. it was fun.. i made lots of rolls and other kind of bread... its really fun.. but i didnt get to hanng out with my friend until lunch because they were in the other group.. so yea.. thats what we did the whole morning.. then at lunch, we had to combine all together again and like 4 people still stayed in the baking kitchen.. so yea.. in the skills kitchen, we had to do cutting vegies, pilling out chicken meat from chickens and other stuff.. we ended at 3:00 PM cause we had to go early in Universal City Walk which is maybe 30 minutes drive from Santa Monica.. depending on traffic... so we left the school at 4 and came to the place at 4:35.. we had so much time just to hang out and walk around cause our reservation at Hard Rock Cafe was at 6:30... so me and my friends just walked around the place and took pictures and stuff... some of my friends boutght something but i didnt.. i didnt like any of the stuff they have over there... then at 6:30 we ate dinner at hard rock cafe.. i ordered their famous country char-broiled burger with cheese.. it wasnt that good.. i think wendy's burger is better.. but the place is so awesome... then after we ate dinner, some of the people went bowling including me and some of them played video games...  i missed bowling and i sucked at it.... i havent played for a long time so im not that good anymore... after bowling, we went back to the bus and went back to the school... my dad and my brother Jerome picked me up from the school... it was a long drive so i was so tired... i just fixed my stuff to bring for today and just went to bed..

today... as usual.. i went to school, ate breakfast, and head to the kitchen.. we just pretty much slice and dice all the reamining vegies so tomorrow we're all prepared and just cook... we also made fruit platters for tomorrow... it was awesome.. and fun, too...  we had an el pollo loco for lunch today.. then after lunch we went back to the kitchen and just finish cutting everything and cleaning up the whole kitchen... then we watched an ice sculpting movie..it pretty cool but its boring... we end our class with a movie... after class most of my friends went home already so i decided to go home too... i just took the bus the whole way to my moms job so we can go home together... it was like 1.30 hours before i got home.. when i got home i washed my chef's coat then prepared dinner for tonight... after dinner, i went to my room and checked my email and write stuff here in xanga...

ok.. 2nd day in culinary school...

i cam to school at 8:00 AM.. me and my friend Justin were the first one that got there.. then everyone came like 8:15 or 8:30... we had a breakfast at school.. then at 9:00 AM we went to the farmers market for our field trip... it was so much fun.. me and Justin were just messing around the whole time... we stayed there til 11:30.. i bought some fresh cherries... they have tons of fruits and vegetables... it was so fun... then we weant back to the school... we watched a movie... about the school and stuff.. then at 12:30, we ate our lunch... we had a subway sandwiches... it was so good.. they also have tons of chocolates and drinks... after lunch.. we went back to the kitchen... they taught us how to make regular sushi and fruit sushi... it was so good, too... i love sushi... then after the sushi.. we had a 30 minutes break... we went downstairs to get some snacks.. they have pringles, skittles, starburst, and alot of drinks... like sodas, water, juices and stuff... after the break, went back upstairs to the kitchen then we made pastas... we made it from flour and stuff... it was kinda hard for me cause youre not supposed to measure the water... you just have to estimate it.. and im not really good at it... i didnt finish mine cause we ran out of time... our class ended at 5:00... i did some angel hair pasta but i didnt finish my whole dough... after classes, i had to take the bus to get home... so i went to the bus station and waited for the bus... i met my  mom at the santa monicxa downtown so we can ride a bus again together going to downtown LA... then we took the bus again going Covina...

i didnt go staright home... i stop by the church to greet one of my friends cause its her birthday today... but she wasnt there cause they had a birthday dinner... so i just went home and did a little laundry cause my chef coat is really dirty..

now, im sitting in fornt of my computer while eating wendy's fires, burger with bacon, and baked potato... omg.. its so good...

well thats my whole day... im really tired...

today is my first day in my workshop... me and my dad got there at exactky 9:00 AM.. we checked in then i had a little breakfast... after the little introduction, we went to the tour of the school.. after the tour... i need to change on my chef clothes... then we went to the baking room... they taught me how to make a simple bread and the stuff that i could do with it... then we made bread... i made a fish shape, letter j, dragonfly, and a gingerbread man shape... haha... after that.. we had lunch break... we ate alot of pizza.. i ate 4 slices cause i was so hungry... and tons of drinks... after the lunch break, we head back to the kitchen cause we are making sweet bread and we had to make knots and buns... its pretty fun too... after making breads, we went to the other kitchen to make garnishes... they taught us how to make garnishes from carrots, radish, melons, and other produce products... then we had a 15 minutes break... i ate chocolates and tons of drinks again.. then we went back to the kitchen to finish the garnishes...

thats basically what i did in my class today... after classes, we went to "the cheesecake factory"... i love that place.. that was my first time to go there so i was so amaze... everything is so expensive.. like their orange chicken is for 14.95... its really expensive... the fun thing is.. we get to order everything we want... so i ordered a grilled chicken medallion, an avocado eggroll for appetizer and two smoothies... i was so full right now... i want to get a cheesecake but we had to leave...

after we ate dinner, we went to the pacific theater and we watched "batman begins"... i like it... it was so tight... we went back to the school around 10:30 PM.. my parents were waiting for me over there.. so i had to hurrry and pick up my stuff and go...
